Mitt & Beginner Program
This program is recommeded for most beginners. It teaches novices all of the boxing basics: proper stance, defense, how to correctly throw punches, etc. The program includes one-on-one mitt work (three rounds per visit) with all appointments. Beginner cards – including mitt work – are available for $210 for 12 visits. Each visit requires an appointment be made at least two hours in advance and appointment cancellations must be made two hours in advance.
After learning the basics in the beginner program, fitness boxers frequently switch to this program. For just $50 per month or $65 for 12 visits, you will get full use of the gym, all bags, weights and equipment with instruction on their proper use. This program helps maintain cardiovascular conditioning and other benefits to health and well being. Individual visits to the gym are available at $8 per visit. Mitt work is not included in this program.
For $30 a month, boxers will be trained under the watchful eye of a registered trainer. In this “contact” program, the boxer will progress at their own level and pace. Participants must make a serious commitment and meet the trainer’s high expectations or be dropped from the program.
All professionals will train under the close supervision of a professional trainer. A percentage of fighter’s purse (agreed upon in advance) is used for payment.
Fitness boxers go one on one with a qualified trainer for a full one-hour session. Personal training may include, but is not limited to:
• Weight Training
• Boxing work outs
• Cardio work outs
• Aerobic and anaerobic work outs
All personal training is based on client’s individual needs at a cost of $55 per hour or $30 per half hour
